found Animal on Netflix, a 2014 movie listed under Bigfoot stuff

was this monster Bigfoot? If Bigfoot had sex with an alien at a wild party, maybe. the beast had teeth teeth teeth and walked on 2 legs, and the back was covered with long hair. It had long claws, and seemed to just like eating the innards, leaving most of the body.
5 good-looking young people venture out to the woods to hike...they end up getting eaten by the monster, whatever it is. all of them but brave young Mandy, who at first glance would not be the one you think would survive, what with her touching up her makeup before the hike & her boobs all hanging out every which way but loose. But, I have a theory. Young Mandy confides a secret: she is pregnant. And I think that was what got her out alive, although horribly scared, possibly insane, and maybe needing rabies treatment.
Drew Barrymore was the producer. what can Ms. Barrymore not do?

a Bigfoot google image search never disappoints....

sasquuuuuuuatch.

watching THE MYSTERY FILES BIGFOOT MYSTERY on Netflix. and this Bigfoot expert is all playing his drum set in the mountains, talking about how he learned about Sasquatch. (he pronounces it like quack at the end....I've always heard it 'saskwatch'. he's saying 'saskwutch'.) it's blowing my mind. he is an expert, mind you. Is he right? are the rest of us saying it wrong?
dictionary.com. sas-kwoch, sas-kwach.

I would hope that Bigfoot was my spirit animal...

Something in the Woods

I liked the old fashioned 60s vibe to it....the clothes. the vehicles. the morals. Mom stays home, her house is spotless, all her meals are homemade. Ma'ams and sirs. your oldest boy knows he has to feed those 2 hogs. I mean, here Dad has a job and Mom is all busy in her apron with the housecleaning and cooking. kids ask permission to watch the television. Everyone goes to church on Sunday. You get into fisticuffs with those rowdy men having an inappropriate conversation in earshot of your family. The one thing I didn't get.....why you left your home in the middle of the night in your nightgown. Yeah, I get the leaving part. But if Bigfoot has been attacking your house all weekend, #1. you sleep in full clothes AND shoes. #2. you don't put your husbands pistol bullets under his underwear. why? because when he's showering and the oldest son hears a noise in the barn, he has to get dressed AND remember you hid his bullets? You're lucky Bigfoot didn't kill him when he had the chance. And the Sheriff? He just can't get involved. which is smart, 'cause now the Mayor/Towns Councilman/other important elected official won't have to worry about the revenues from town festivals being down from a Bigfoot scare. And they can't jump Mr. Sheriff's ass. Why? 'cause he ain't involved. I loved the Bigfoot costumes. and sure, they were killing chickens and pigs and a calf or two, but no people so far.....ya'll had to start up that logging operation....got 'em all stirred up....
this is a small time production...which are my faves. David Ford: executive producer. director. writer. star. casting. Payton Pierce: Music. film editing. the cafe/church scenes were shot in Jefferson, TX.

Night Claws 2012 "no Bigfoots were harmed during this production"

I had watched this one before. it's a classic. The Sheriff who is just a good old guy.
his love interest, Deputy Roberta. with her unbuttoned Deputy shirt and a flash of blue tank top underneath, her fabulous mane of hair, her perfect makeup.she survives. he does not.
who kills him? Not the scary-ass-horror-movie-gang of Bigfoot roaming the woods. The 'scientist' who is actually a man-hunter. she also has a fabulous mane of hair, perfect makeup, movie star sunglasses, the unbuttoned flowing shirt over the red tank top. and the so practical Knee high boots with her skinny jeans. she claims Bigfoot got her unfortunate assistant Thomas. she killed him herself. she also killed Mr. Sheriff. Now him and Deputy Roberta will never have that date that got interrupted by the unfortunate slaying of all those horny teenage kids in the woods.
throw in a trio of badass Bigfoot hunters, and a 3 day survivalist hiking group....(none of them survived the Bigfoots....)Charlie here was just an ass to his wife Cindy. always telling her to shut up. they are kidnapped by the Bigfoot hunters. he tells his wife to do whatever it takes to buy him time to get loose. then leaves her tied to the tree for the Bigfoots, since it's cheaper than divorce. He did die before her. Poetic justice.
There is the required scene where an important person (this time it's a councilman) reminds the Sheriff how important the Pumpkin Festival is, how they need the revenue from the thousands of expected guests to survive, to keep it quiet and solve it quickly.
I think my fave part (besides the disclaimer that no Bigfoots were harmed during this production) is that several of the actors were also the production people. getting their $$$ worth there. and how cool would it be to act in the movie, and do behind-the-scene shit, too?

yesterday (and today's) Bigfoot movie was Sasquatch Mountain.

I got interrupted and didn't get back to it till today....
I'm watching all of my Bigfoot movies, some for the first time, but this one is a favorite. I've never quite caught on to why Bigfoot is so damn angry and killing everyone...the guy in the old sky lodge was buying lots of grain and didn't own any horses??? There are bank robbers, the accent, an awesome body builder bod, the girl trying to start over in her tiny tank top barely covered with a tiny hoody with her big old boobs falling out, and her awesome mane of hair to toss around.... the old sheriff who keeps having mini heart attacks, at one point one of the bank robbers does CPR, and then he's running around the mountain with his rifle again. they keep pumping bullets into Bigfoot, and he/she finally does appear to die at the end. This classic was made in 2006. and I damn sure must have Lance Henrickson in my independent Bigfoot movie. I fell in love with him in Pumpkinhead (1988). for some time this was KJ's favorite movie, we had recorded it off HBO and he watched it every night at bedtime, with his sippy cup of Pepsi (we shared a can at bedtime. I know, what a mother I am.) and surrounded by all his 20something huggies in specific spots on the couch. of course, the years have passed, but he still has an arresting presence.

today's Bigfoot movie: Bigfoot Wars.

"They kidnap the girls and eat the men."
I am watching/rewatching all Bigfoot movies and putting a piece of tape on front so I don't miss any of the fun. The old lady flippin' the bird is my fave (she has to be in my low-budget Bigfoot movie)..... but C.Thomas Howell is hunky in a grizzled backwoods kinda way. this was fun. found bad reviews. It is a "B" movie for sure, but those are some of the best!
Just how frigging awful is Bigfoot Wars? Here’s a tweet from the film’s most prominent star, C. Thomas Howell: Tommy recommends not buying #BigfootWars – sorry to anybody who purchased in advance. Post production problems, he’s heard.
And another: Tommy sends his apologies – #BigfootWars had post production issues. He hasn’t seen it yet but has heard bad things about how it came out.
And here’s a tweet from a supporting actress to one of the film’s co-stars: @holtboggs lol still trying to act like this didn’t happen. Was hoping to get cut post production. #manipulated

lets go!

Boggy Creek Monster The Truth Behind The Legend

Lyle Blackburn is cute. I loved seeing Fouke, Arkansas on tv. hope to see it with my own eyes in the near future....
